I ordered this from Yocan Online and overall it works like it should, so I want to be fair about that. The only downside for me is the battery life, it gets me through part of the day, but not a full day like I was hoping. On the plus side, it does charge quickly, which helps. It’s not a bad device at all, I just expected a little more from the battery.

I was surprised by how much Yocan stuff they had. It wasn’t just the usual couple of pens you see everywhere else. I found coils, batteries, and a few devices I was comparing without much hassle.
The categories was easy to follow, and I liked that they still had older parts listed too. It made it simple to grab what I needed without clicking all over the place

I ordered two specific Yocan coils and a black battery, but when the package showed up, the coils were wrong and the battery was silver instead. I reached out to support and they asked me to send photos, which I did, but then I never heard anything back. It wasn’t a huge order or anything, but it’s still frustrating when the stuff you get doesn’t match the receipt. The whole thing kind of had that “no real person is actually there” feeling.

The return and warranty info was really easy to find and actually made sense, lol. It felt straightforward in case anything goes wrong. Definitely nice to see everything explained without a bunch of extra hassle tbh.

I wouldn't say it was bad, but I'm not sure I'd call it great either. Average customer service overall.

The prices are a little hard to describe, some things feel fair, but I don’t always feel like I’m getting the best deal. If there’s a sale, the value is decent, but at full price it’s mostly just okay.
